Architect of the Capitol and The U.S. Botanic Gardens - Washington, DC, 09/06 - Present
- Program Manager/Webmaster -- Current Program Manager for all U.S. Botanic Garden IT projects and for the new Capitol Visitor Center's new web site presence, which will be launched this year. Serves as Webmaster for aoc.gov, usbg.gov, www.capitolflags.gov, and more. Responsibilities include heading up web site redesigns, implementing new federal web policies, content management system administration, and up-close-and-personal interaction with the famous corpse plant, Amorphophallus titanum.
NASA - Washington, DC, 11/04 - 09/06
- Webmaster -- Made regular updates and improvements to the NASA Portal at www.nasa.gov and specialized in NASA's web content management software (cms). Served as Webmaster for NASA's Portal Information Site. Implemented and managed NASA.gov's official audio and video podcast, NASAcast. Featured speaker at the 2006 Gilbane/CMS Watch Conference on Federal Technology and invited speaker to the 2006 Federal Webmanagers' Conference. Worked on a redesign of www.nasa.gov, during which time NASA.gov won Federal Web Site of the Year.

- Webmaster - Completed total web site redesign and began online publication for over 50 magazines and journals. Provided web support for multiple magazine web sites, performed trace-routing, PHP programming, and general web maintenance.
Lockheed Martin - Washington, DC, 11/98 - 09/03
- Senior Web Operations and Design Specialist - Developed multiple Intranet and External web sites, databases, and CGI scripts for the U.S. General Accounting Office and Lockheed Martin. Performed LINUX administration duties such as REDHAT installations, Apache configuration, and log file maintenance and analysis. Conducted web site usability testing and helped to make GAO's web sites fully ADA-compliant. Presented Lockheed Martin's demonstration on database design and dynamic web content at the 2002 American Public Health Association Conference.
- Lead Database Administrator - Managed the GAO customer-database staff, and served as administrator for GAO's customer database of over 50,000 records. Created and maintained relational databases in Oracle, MySQL, and FoxPro; composed and distributed surveys to all customers.

- Congressional Analysis Team, Satellite Analysis Division - Provided analytic-legislative support to the Air Force and the Office of the Secretary of Defense concerning congressional action in the authorization and appropriation process. Created and maintained database of security and technology-related issues. Created financial budget tracks (spreadsheets) for over one hundred military programs, focusing on space and intelligence programs, Titan IV, and Y2K.
